1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility
– Items are eligible for return within 15 days from the date of delivery.
– To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

1.2 Process
– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +91 9748020954 with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
– Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number if your return is approved.
– Once you receive the RA number, securely package the item(s) along with a copy of your invoice and the RA number clearly marked on the package.
– Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service. Ipsita Boutique House is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

1.3 Refunds
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

2. Exchanges

2.1 Eligibility
– Items are eligible for exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
– To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2.2 Process
– To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at +91 9748020954 with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
– Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with an exchange authorization (EA) number if your exchange is approved.
– Once you receive the EA number, securely package the item(s) along with a copy of your invoice and the EA number clearly marked on the package.
– Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service. Ipsita Boutique House is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
– Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the new item(s) to you. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

3. Exceptions
– Custom-made or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
– Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
